Where are private one-on-one courses run? I can’t see it listed anywhere.

Once you book a one-on-one course in your respective city, the photographer you selected will be in touch shortly afterwards to suggest suitable locations in which to run the course at.
Can I get a refund if I wasn’t satisfied with the course I received?

Absolutely! We offer a 100% refund if you weren’t satisfied with the course you received. Now that’s got to erase any doubts you have doesn’t it?
How can I make payment?

Making payment is easy. You can pay using any of the following methods:
Credit/Debit Card using Mastercard, Visa or Amex
Pay by Phone 1300 267 074 (Biller ID: 779892) (Contact us before you make your booking)
Direct Debit Transfer (Contact us before you make your booking)
I live outside of the regions where courses are available. Can I receive the course remotely online?

We recognize that not everyone will have access to receive a One Stop Photo Workshops Course in person so we now offer all processing course types online via Skype! This means you can be anywhere! Unfortunately given the nature of on-location course formats it is not practically possible to provide these course types online also.
Can I bring a friend or family member along to a course?

No problems! You can bring one person with you at absolutely no additional cost. Save half your money this way to spend it towards more photography gear!
Can I change the date of the course I’ll be receiving?

Yeah sure you can so long as you provide no less than 24 hours notice. We’ll then organize another suitable date. We think we’re a pretty understandable bunch!
